Hi Guys, not sure if this is the correct forum. If not, can someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

We have been experiencing the above error message for the past couple of days and are not sure why. We have not updated, installed/uninstalled any new apps. No config changes either.
We are using a Windows Server 2003 SP2 VM.
This is occurring when a user is processing a document for an online application. The user tries to view the document and the error message pops up. Here is the error message:
