Update 2:
I removed Spy Bot, did a full virus and spyware scan (Zone Alarm Pro), did a
system restore to the point before SpyBot and updates
I have run system restore 4 times, it failed every time (Turned off program
control in Zone alarm to make it work)
Ran scan disk
