Error on Window 7 (64 bit) with VC++ 2005 redistributable

<span style="font-family:Verdana; font-size:9pt We have a C++ exe which is giving following exception on windows 7 system after running for 10-15 minutes. The application has been built in VS2005, and database is SQL Server 2005.

But still there is a problem.

<p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt What could be the possible reason for this. The exception in event viewer log is as below
