How can i read a value from app.config file in windows form application using VB.NET 2005?

Please How can i read my connectionstrings value which i stored in my app.config file (for windows application)?
 
i tried many times to use more than one option but i could not do it.
i am using VB.NET 2005 with framwork 2.
 
Please some one help me.
