Compare two XML and update and delete on 2nd xml

Hi I have two XML and I wand to compare 1st xml with 2nd xml, Now if a node is deleted from 1st xml it should be deleted from the 2nd one and if 2nd xml doesnt have a node as in 1st xml .. the node should be updated in the 2nd xml.
Help needed.
