Fresh install of VS 2010 not building

<span style="color:#000000 <span style="font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif I have installed visual studio 2010 ultimate on my pc where visual studio 6.0 is already there.
When i try to compile the program, it is giving me the below error for first time and second time when i recompile it, it is succesful.
First time compilation

I tried the following your solution (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/vcgeneral/thread/961add07-e411-4b0e-a606-57e784aae8bc)
as mentioned above like resetting "devenv.exe /resetuserdata", but it didnt worked for me...
