Okay, I am new here!  I hope I am not too short in this question but I am quite pissed off here.  When I had good ole Visual Basic 5.0, I could just go to my toolbox and select the TTS and drag it to my form.  How the bloody blazes to I get TTS in VB 2005 Express?  I already tried the Speech APIs but none that I can find work with this version.  WTF?
