How to create enumeration data type in XSD using VS 2010?

I want to use VS 2010 to create a schema that contains enumeration data type? My enum contains 3 string values and one of my Child Field Element will use this enum type. How should I do that in VS 2010? Or I have to manually edit the schema created by VS
2010 to add enum simple type.
