Exception while reading .CSV file using oledb connection.

Hi,<br/><br/>I got the error "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file .  It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data." when the .csv file is opened and try reading the file using cmd.ExecuteReader().<br/><br/>Is there any workaround for this?<br/><br/>Thanks.<br/><br/>
