XML Page cannot be displayed

I have a Dell Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium.
If I try to go Wireless and Log on to the Internet , I get... <span style="text-decoration:underline Inernet Explorer cannot display the webpage .
Network and Sharing shows me my Wireless Routers connection is there, strong and available.
When I try to connect to my wireless router,<span style="text-decoration:underline Windows was unable to connect to my wireless router.
I then troubleshoot and, <span style="text-decoration:underline
Troubleshooting couldnt identify the problem.
When I <span style="text-decoration:underline View detailed Information . I get......

The XML page cannot be displayed
