Windows Vista Need DTS or Dolby Surround plugin for audio

I am running Vista Home Premium 64bit and I am looking for a Media
Player plugin so that will convert my stereo music files and output
DTS or Dolby surround sound. I have a 5.1 speaker system and it would
be nice to use it. Anyone know of such a plugin?
