<p style="margin-bottom:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal <span style="font-family:Verdana,sans-serif I created a Windows Service with C# in
<span style="text-decoration:underline VS 2003 and Fwk 1.1.4322; I installed it in local computer and was working fine. I working in a
<span style="text-decoration:underline Win XP 2002 SP3 machine.
<p style="margin-bottom:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal <span style="font-family:Verdana,sans-serif Today the machine gets stuck and I needed to restart, as anything was too slow, I restart by killing the session (shutdown command).
<span> Then when the machine restarts, the service didn’t. Now when I try to restart the service, appears the next message:

<p style="margin-bottom:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal <span style="font-family:Verdana,sans-serif The service runs with a specific user, but I change it several times, even with an administrator account and stills without finding the
file. I uninstall and install the service with the installutil of the VS2003 command prompt. I delete the register of the service at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServices<servicename> before reinstall the service. I check that the “path
to executable” in the service properties is a valid path, and the name of the executable is right. In the event log does not appears anything related or even at the same time.

services that are resolved by installing service packs of such services.
