Aww. is Vista going to make it harder for you to steal music and
movies...boo hoo.
Take some of your 7 figure portfolio and buy them legally.
There, problem solved.

Don't worry, the NSA doesn't need Vista...they can go straight to your ISP,
or whatever search engine you use, or your cell phone, bank records,
investment accounts....conspiracy is everywhere.
But, unless you got something to hide, who cares?
We all "know" what you do online...its no Big Secret.
Just don't let the "wife" find out...the NSA doesn't care.

No need, I KNOW several people in the business including two Oscar
winners and a whole bunch that won various music awards. Sorry, I'm
not a name dropper. You'll just have to take me at my word.

Typical right wing mental midget response. Don't worry if the NSA
spies on you, what you got to hide. Well nothing. I just happen to
believe in a little document called the Constitution. I guess you and
Bush rather use it as a replacement for toilet paper.

Don't worry, Albright....I won't let slip to your "friends in the business"
your little comment.....
"because instead of
Microsoft flexing it's considerable muscle and telling big media
giants to take a hike, instead Microsoft executives bent over and
grabbed their ankles and said do what you want. Just use a rubber."

Apparently your friends would rather not make money.
Or does it affect the way you make money?

Well sure enough, we found another topic Dennis is clueless on. What
the NSA did was illegal. Pure and simple. If you want to avoid always
looking foolish, don't comment on things you know nothing about.

Have you ever read the Constitution? Try the 4th Amendment.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall
not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the
place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Understand or do I again have to take you by the hand and talk to your
like a six year old?

My friends have made more money in one year then you'll ever have in
your entire miserable life. Too bad, jealousy sure can eat some people
up. Sorry no cure.

It isn't every artist that's a greedy bastard, though there are surely
enough of that type. The real bad guys are the recording studios and
movie companies. The same bunch that's in bed with Microsoft. That
crowd would sooner slit your throat just to get to a dime on the floor
you were standing on then to ask you to move.

If you think I'm kidding, these cut throats would eagerly sue your ass
off if they thought for a second it was worth the bother, for example
it is legally possible to sue anyone having a public performance of
the little ditty called Happy Birthday.

Now I know some of you clowns think I'm blowing smoke. So check it out
and you'll discover the little ditty often referred to as the Happy
Birthday song has copyright protection and is currently owned by Time
Warner or still was last time I checked.

So if you have it sung as a public performance, technically that is a
form of copyright infringement. Title 17 §106, which in part states
authors of copyrighted works such as a musical composition have the
exclusive right to perform the copyrighted work publicly.

I guess you're too dumb to know who the ASCAP is. Check that out too.

Duh...whet dhid jo saa ?

Actually, my life is quite enjoyable...thank you very much.

Last week, I made 32 million dollars.
I am worth 58.6 billion.
I spend most of it on Tootsie Rolls and cigarettes.
I would prove it, but you'll just have to take my word on it.

To you DRM is a big deal. Not so with me. If you create something...you have
the right to sell it, give it away, throw it away, whatever.
The end user can either buy it or not. But they have only the rights
conveyed by the creator, producer, distributer, whoever is "making" the
product.
If I want a CD, I buy it.
If I like only one song on a CD, I don't buy it.
I feel no "right" to download, share it, give it away, copy it for friends.
The only argument against it is people feel they have some right to share
someone else's creativity for free.
It's the I want it , there for I deserve it mentality.

I must be old fashioned.

And Happy Birthday....I hate that song, and it is usually performed so badly
that I doubt anyone would see fit to sue over it.

I really love you clowns that think you know everything about me. You
know nothing about me accept what I tell you. Me angry? Why no, I
enjoy watching the monkeys at the zoo, but why go there where I can
watch the monkeys here dance, jump up and down and well go ape?

I'm probably more successful than you thanks for caring. You see I
don't know your financial situation or personal lives but unlike the
dummy you are I don't jump to the conclusion you just did saying you
KNOW. The truth is I don't know anything about you but what you share
here, nor you me but you try to pretend you do know. Now who's the
really dummy? Let me know what you figure it out.

Except you did jump to a conclusion, in fact, you quoted it in your

makes you the dummy too.

Re: Things about Vista Microsoft, MVPs and Fanboys don't want you to know

Re: Things about Vista Microsoft, MVPs and Fanboys don't want you to know

Vista is bad because vista is bad.... all the explanations are redundant and
just create more endless debate. Useless!

Vista is so incredibly bad that I am amazed on how stupid people like you
and other fanboys are, that cannot see
the simple horridness of this OS.

Yes you are stupid, and idiot, a dork, a fool, an imbecile.... I have to go
to answers.com to find more insults to describe you.
I need a darn Thesaurus!
All that is sure 100% as long as you love vista.
Loving vista is a good way to determine if someone is an idiot or not.

For example.. you meet someone new.. first question: What is your name?
Second question: Do you like vista.

If the person says YES I LOVE VISTA then you know he or she is stupid.
Its simple and effective...no need to lose any time getting to know him or
her. You can dump them right away!

If a woman with dark hair says I LOVE VISTA, then you can tell her right
away that she is a natural blond trying to pass as a brunette.

A personnel manager may use this vista-question as a tool. Ask in an
interview: Do you like vista?
If the person says HELL YEAH, then tell him Hell Out of Here!

A good assessment to see who is good as an employee, is to send out a
questionnaire. ON the lists of questions you will have
Grade Vista from one to 10. Whoever gives vista above 6, must be fired
immediately before they do any further damage to the corporation.

Pop the "vista" question to your pet, tell your doggy yes is one bark no is
2 barks. "Do you like vista?" If the dog barks once then
give em the boot... Hey I love animals... but animals who love vista, are
not normal animals... they are vistanimals....>
a breed of dangerous creatures that must be exterminated.

And THAT's why the music industry is where it is today.

It's not your fault all the songs suck but one. And they want you to pay
upwards of $20 for a new release CD, (tha cost maybe $.50 to make complete)
just to get that one song.

By the way, you do know most artists make little from CD sales don't you ?

Most of the money is made from touring...which the record companies now are
wanting to get a piece of......

.......In October EMI Recorded Music signed a deal with Brit singer Robbie
Williams that gives the label a cut of the pop star's merchandise,
publishing, touring revenue and sponsorship.

By the way....I actually don't care how they make their money.
I only state that no one has the "right" to freely download or share other
people's creativity.
What is so difficult to grasp about that statement.
If a music/movie/software artist wants to freely distribute their
music/movies/software, then that's great.
If they sell it, and I want to possess it, I should buy it. : )

Please, tell me no more boring details of the music industry...I could care
less.
How Much Money I have is ALL I care about.
58.6 billion before you ask ! : )

Another example of your intelligence? If you could care less, then
you're saying you could have cared more since you just admitted you
are capable of caring less.

No, I don't expect you to understand. Don't tax your brain trying to
figure it out.
