Hi, I have a couple of problems that have been bugging me now for most of
today (current time 8:53pm!!)

Our set up is two offices - main office houses SBS2003 Premium (as DC), and
Server 2003 set up as TS - 5 ts licences.

We have three users who access the TS from remote office, via RWW on DC. Two
users have full functionality of email and internet ... the newest one does
not.

The problems
Firstly - when logged on through RWW to TS new user can not access internet
on TS. Gets redirected to Companyweb.

Secondly - when sending email (either logged on through RWW to TS using
Outlook .. OR ... using OWA in RWW) all outgoing going mail gets trapped in
outbox and does not send ... and we get Mail Transport error.

These problems do not happen with other two users, and as far as I can see
the user settings are identical.

Has anyone else encountered either of these problems, and is anyone able to
please offer a possible solution?

Sincerely

James

RE: TS user no net connection

I should have also stated that Exchange is set up on DC, and we have roaming
profiles activated for the remote users.

If you need to know anything else, please ask and I will provide details.

regards

James
