Hello,
I have a customer desiring the installation of IE 7 and Windows Desktop
Search to his 2003 terminal servers. The customer profile environment is
creative in that he has ntuser.man files retained within roaming profiles.
The AD environment is 2003.
We have IE 7 installed, but on the initial launch by the user the home paged
defined within the GPO (IE 7 inetres.adm applied) does not appear. Instead
the marketing page for Windows IE appears. How might we circumvent the IE 7
marketing page, and receive the home page as defined by the IE 7 GPO applied
to the container?
Windows Desktop Search presents a configuration window for each test session
launched by the user. We would like this application pre-configured and
available for users. Has anyone resolved this issue? Thanks in advance.
