Hello. Some time back I bought the book, "Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Step by Step", by John Sharp. It came with a CD that included a lot of code samples keyed to the book. Eventually I realized that I wasnt going to make any progress at work, so I brought the book home hoping to actually learn a little something here, away from work. <br/><br/>Somewhere along the way, though, I lost the CD. I downloaded C# Express from the Microsoft web site, applied patches and so on, but I cant find the sample code for this Microsoft book on the Microsoft web site. I found a phone number where I can ask for a replacement CD, but I dont need a replacement CD, just the sample code.<br/><br/>If anyone knows where I can download the sample code for this book, Id appreciate your letting me know.<br/><br/>Thanks!
