Parse a String and output in to a read able form

[EDN Admin]

simply ive got an output that comes in form of [PROS -1]TESTNAEM[pros -2]test[bob tester]
all id like to achive is this:

[PROS -1]TESTNAEM
[pros -2]test
[bob tester]

so basically a new line is used when it finds ]
im new to .net so any help would be appreciated
