getexitcodeprocess not working on 64 bit os?

I have developed one service, which checks for perticular exe file running or not ?<br/>
<br/>
I am using getexitcodeprocess to determine whether that process is running or not. but my code works correctly on 32bit os, but on 64 bit os is not working..!!<br/>

i got error for getexitcodeprocess function on 64 bit..!!<br/>

Please guide, how to solve this?
