help installation of visual c++ 6 in win7

hai friends,<br/> we are supposed to use only visual c++ 6 for our lab and im havin trouble installin it on win7 home premium 64 bit.ive tried the compatibility options and that doesnt work.So please help me to install the std edition in win7.i tried google but that was not of much help
