UI component

Greetings! My current project required me to develop a user-interface such that the user can add, drop, move, etc. "UI object" on the "canvas". A "UI object" can be like a circle, square, etc, with text, and the one object can be "linked" to another object on the canvas.

Please can you let me know if you are aware of any such components for .NET?
