How to executing the run command in C#?

I m using Vista and have one application under AppData (and not at Program Files). I want to run this app through Start --> Run but i cannot as it is not added to Path Environment. So i want to code in Visual C# such that it should handle the Run window launch event and based on the text the user provided then it should launch the application on hitting enter.
