-.-,
dll = dynamic link library which is a shared library file. In short they are files
that contain code that can be used by multiple applications.
From:
http://www.fbmsoftware.com/spyware-net/process/ObexKrnl_dll/2922/
<quote>
Description of ObexKrnl.dll
This is a component of Mobile PhoneTools. This software application is primarily
used to connect your Motorola mobile phone to your PC to synchronize and transfer
data. You can also use the Internet through the phone’s GSM/GPRS/UMTS connection.
Edit pictures and ring tones before transferring them to your mobile phone, compose
MMS with image, melody and text with its MMS Studio, create movie clips with the
video editing tool and manage your phone’s contents with the mobile explorer.
Methods of Distribution: This can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

Until disected:
SETUPAPI.DLL SETUP DIGET DEVICE INTERFACE DETAIL A
The PnP manager and SetupAPI write entries to the application installation text log
that provide information about installation operations other than those that pertain
specifically to device and driver installations.
Has the phone worked with it before? If not it may not be compatible with your
machine or you may need to update the drivers for it. I can only get this far to
help out not knowing what device it is other than a phone.
