hello my problem is this application failed to start because the applications configuration is incorrect

hello i cannot start my created application. with the following error<br/>

error while trying to run the project : unable to start program : (path to app)<br/>
<br/>
this application failed to start because the applications configuration is incorrect<br/>
review the manifest file for possible errors <br/>
reinstalling this application may fix this problem<br/>
for more details see the application event log<br/>

the problem is i cannot find the log<br/>
i checked and opened all the files no errors<br/>
this just happined without warning first it worked now it dont.<br/>
