Continous reboot

When windows is starting the bottom of the windows screen graphic turns red
and then the syste automatically re-boots. I have the CD and have attempted a
repair to the OS. Can anyone assist?

It would help if you reported what happened just
before this behaviour started. New hardware? New
software? Software upgrade? Registry change?
