Password protect folders?

I would like to protect some folders. Can this be done forr win2000 and XP?

Click Start / Help, then search for "Permissions".

You can set permissions on any file/folder as a member of the group
administrator. Right click on file/properties/security tab. That way as
long as your profile is a member of administators you can only access a
file once you have logged on. If you set permissions on a folder, then
all the files included within will inherit the same permissions from it.
