Hello

Here it looks like the hpzui4wm.dll is either is causing the crash or
something else it the culprit.

Today morning at 9:02 AM Spooler crashed and generated the dump as follows,
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category:None
Event ID: 7031
Date: 10/15/2007
Time: 9:02:34 AM
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0
milliseconds: No action.

Dump Location: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\DrWatson

Workaround: Start/Restart the Print Spooler Service

Recommendations: Remove 3rd party print processors / Monitors

Thanks for the response, i have tried updating the relevant print drivers
with no luck as the spooler still keeps crashing and the only workaround is
to restart the spooler service, this is windows 2000 sp4 box.
