How to globally replace a string, with another string - Windows Form

Hello, I need some form of "Short key" replacement kind of ordeal.
I understand I need a Global Keyboard Hook style of script, in which I do have (shown below) and I basically want to detect if someone types ;; to replace it with foobar.
I do have a Global Keyboard Hook script in which I have used in a Windows Form application, it detects if someone types A-Z and will print it in the richtextbox.

How would I go about doing what it is that I want? Thanks in advance!
Note: This will not be used as a form of Keylogger
