Runtime error assistance - Event name: CLR20r3

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me track down this problem.
This programme works on the machine I wrote it on and I have installed VC++ 2010 runtime and .net framework 2.0 onto the machines that are having the problems.
1 machine is Windows 7 Professional x64
1 machine is Windows XP Professional x86
