INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint

I have two table StudentMaster and CasteMaster. In CasteMaster table CastId is primary key which s used as foreign key in StudentMaster table. In CasteMaster I have 2 records which is bind to the Combobox in StudentMaster form in winform
application(c#). But on saving I am getting the error that "INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint" What is the problem? Plz help
