Hi all,
I am relatively new to the programming thing although i have had interest in it for years. At 44, I started back to school, part time, for a degree by the time I hot 50 and hopefully a new career. i know, a little late to start a new career but I want to do something that I truly enjoy for a change!

i do have some experience, i have programmed in ACAD since the early 90s with AutoLisp and VisualLisp so i do understand the concepts.

I will probably be asking some pretty stupid questions but I assure you, I will learn as I seem to have a knack for this stuff.

Andy, does your current employer have room for you in the programming skill set?

I am new here too, and we are in the same Metro area!

They are mostly taking people with a BS. I did talk to a manager as part of my assignemt for school and he gave me some great info. Atleast I have a contact. This is a BIG company and to have an in with the manager may come in handy. Where abouts are you?
