Hello

We are using RDP in a 2003 TS environment. The clients are basic XP SP2
machines. Problem we have had recently is some users use the local disk
mapping, you go in and the local drives will all of a sudden disappear. Has
anyone else seen anything like this and maybe know where I should start
looking?

Re: Local Drives Disappear

Are you saying the users can see the local disk after logging on, then it
disappears suddenly or the users cannot see the local disk mapping at all?

Thanks

Rong

Re: Local Drives Disappear

Hi, Austin,

Have you checked policies to ensure that nothing there is affecting client
drive mapping?

Re: Local Drives Disappear

Yes, what I have found is even though UPHClean 2.0 build 48 is on there, the
roaming profiles are still not unloading properly. (this is a 64-bit server).

Which tells me M$ really needs to get UPHClean 2.0 out the dore and DONE
already.
