I want to install Office 2007 on to a Windows 2003 terminal server. Does each
terminal server user require a license for Office 2007?

Re: Office 2007

Hi,

Office 2007 is licensed on a per device basis. It is necessary
to use a volume license version with terminal services. This
means that you will need to purchase a volume license for each
machine that will connect to your TS and use Office 2007.

Contact your reseller and ask to speak to a Microsoft volume
licensing specialist for more information. Depending on the
agreement you may have additional use rights. For example,
if you purchase an Office 2007 license for a work PC the
user of that PC may be able to logon from home and use
Office 2007 on your TS without an additional license purchase.
Of course this is subject to restrictions--see the EULA and
Product Use Rights (PUR) documents.
