Nero got back to me after three e-mails. This is where it stands.

Unfortunately we do not know why you have all those error messages in the
event viewer, but if you want we can request some files from you and give
them to our developers, maybe they will find the problem. Just write back if
you want that we give this case to our developers."

I have written back to them to proceed to give case to their developers.
