2k terminal server upgrade problem.

We have an SBS03 PDC, 6 other 2k3 server std servers, and one terminal server
with 5 cals windows 2000. I am upgrading the latter but there's a hitch, it
won't upgrade.
Cannot find Windows 2003 Terminal Server License Server?
It is the terminal server so I am confused.

ps- I purchased the 2003 CALS.

Where do you have the TS CAL's installed, and how is your TS box connected to
the server (joined the domain, not joined, BDC, etc.)?
Your SBS server should act as the TS license server and hold all CAL's with
your TS box pointing to the SBS box as it's license server.

That's what I thought.
I contacted the previous IT who set up and no CALS were ever bought.
So I'll revert it to Remote Admin mode, upgrade it, then register the 2003
cals.
