Hi all,
Ive been looking for some help on Text to Speech but couldnt really find it. I can make VB.NET 2005 speak my text but I use Windows XP English and Id need to be able to have my app speak in Spanish. Does Microsoft provide the TTS engine for Spanish to be installed on an English Windows XP ?
We wont be using Speech Server, just whats bundled in XP if at all possible + some download.
Where could I find more details ? Ive tried installing L&H stuff in Spanish but nothing shows in Control Panel / Speech so I can change to a Spanish voice.
