Users for TS without AD?

Hello,

We have a W2000 server SP4, we need acces with one local user in remote
administration

Only if the user is memeber of Group Administrators can access?

Remote administration is for administrators only on a Win2k box. It is
not meant to be, or licensed for, non-admin users.
