We have 150 users randomly logging into our Terminal Servers. Two of the
users are experiencing Long Logoffs. The common element is that they both
have Color Laserjet 4650 printers mapped to their profile. Is this a problem?

Hi,

Did you load uphclean like I recommended?

Are you using the driver version recommended by hp?

HP printers supported in Citrix Presentationo Server environments July 2007

Have you restarted your server since you were having profile
unload issues?

If you remove this printer do the symptoms improve? Restart after
to make sure that there are not any "stuck" profiles.

What errors are in the Application and System event logs?

Re: Terminal Server logoff is slow with Color LaserJet Printer map

yep. That's how I found out about the printer. It didn't give me specifics
but since the common printer for both users is the HP 4650 Color
Laserjet...I'm assuming this may be the problem. Really appreciate pointing
me to UPHCLEAN.

No other messages or errors revealed with these logoff problems. And,
without UPHCLEAN....wouldn't have known there was a printer issue with the
user profiles, either. So, UPHCLEAN was a tremendous help.
