Change backup settings in Vista Home Basic

I am trying to do a backup of emails only. Previously I had done a backup of
emails + docs +pictures. I clicked on change settings, appeared to select
only emails, got the original backup of emails + docs +pictures.

What am I missing?

Hi Andy,

You can backup and restore emails by using the Export and Import
feature in Windows Mail. Then you can save the exported file to a
backup location of your choice. This tutorial will show you how to do
it.
