Hello,

When users connect to our W2K3 Terminal server they cannot change the
default printer mapping. The server will randonly choose a different default
printer for the user and then the user cannot change to the correct default
printer. In the past the default printer would be set to the Micrsoft
Document & Imaging printer and the user would attempt to change to their
default network printer. They right click the network printer and choose set
as default. The screen would flash and nothing would happen. I've deleted
the user profile and allowed it to recreate and still the same behavior.

The server is running SP2 and all of the latest patches. The drivers for
the printers in question are loaded on the server. No errors in event
viewer.

Any ideas? Please tell me someone has seen this before.

thx.
