Access check box help

Im having issues with my Microsoft Access Database. Im using it to keep track of this groups membership, etc. Each record (person) has check boxes. For some reason there is a check box that when I click on one persons it will click each persons check box following. This is something that is new that started today. I cant seem to find why its happening and how to stop it. Any help is appreciated!
