Automating form completion in Webbrowser control

I am developing a desktop windows forms app in C3 to automate the completion and submission of government forms. I can open up the form in the webbrowser control, but when I click submit the response I get is in a new instance of the browser. I want it to be in the webbrowser control. An advise on how I do this?
