Navigation to the webpage was canceled

So I am making a project on visual basic, I have an API set up to open on a webBrowser which leads to my virtual private server. I can publish my project and try it the first time and it works, then as soon as I try to access it again, the web browser decides it know better than me and says "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled". The only way I can bypass it is to publish my project again and then I can access my server one more time. i dont have anything in My.Settings that could be affecting the webBrowser. Is there anything I can do to stop this pointless message ruining my project.
