Windows update could not be installed because of error 2149842967 "" (Command line: ""C:\Windows\system32\wusa.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI OC Kit\ActiveX_Service\KB\Windows6.1-KB2581359-v2-x64.msu" /quiet /norestart ")

Kept getting this error, please help.
