Lack of tools free VS Code has

I'm searching for free code spell checker (full code not only comments) and code color schemes for my VS.

In VS Code it is matter of to addons but in full VS (which wasn't cheap) I struggle to find something like that. Is it IDE for professionals? Lacking of such primary functions?
