How to change the language bar in taskbar by command click radio buttons

Hollo! Everyone I have created a form that operated with two fonts seperated there are Khmer Unicode font Language and English United States-International font. So here i would like to order by click radio button 1 name Khmer font and radio button2 name English font.

While we clicking on radio button1 it change to Khmer keyboard on taskbar else while clicking on radio button2 it would be change to English United States-International Keyboard.
