GetLocationEvidence Error

Hi,

I'm running into the error below from a few Windows Service on Windows 2012 R2

The same Windows Services work ok on Windows 2012

The Windows Services are compiled against .Net Framework 4.5.2

The start of the stack trace varies a little based on the Windows Service but they all run into the top error on the strack trace.
