Visual Studio Community 2015 Update 3 Java SE Development Kit (7.0.550.13) Downloaded file name cannot be empty

I install Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 3 iso download, file name is "en_visual_studio_community_2015_x86_dvd_6847364.iso"

I got the error message :

"Java SE Development Kit (7.0.550.13): This product did not download successfully: Downloaded file name cannot be empty for Visual Studio IDE, Code Editor, VSTS, & App Center"

There are also other errors, it said Andriod SDK Setup for API Level 22, 23, 19 and 21were not download.
