VS 2013 Team Explorer shows "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" error upon launch

Hello,

on my Windows 10 PC I cannot start the Team Explorer for VS 2013 - I already re-installed and tried to repair this and did all the steps which I found here in the forum (i.e. trying to start with /SafeMode or /reset... whatever, also renaming the registry keys - no help).

What else could cause this problem upon starting it up?
