VS Community for Mac: Cannot create the workspace

I am on a Mac using OS 10.13 and VS for Mac Community v7.5.4. I am connected to my company's Source Control explorer server, but when I try to add a Workspace, I get a pop up window with a bunch of html for what appears to be a Page Not Found page. The title of the window is "Cannot create the workspace. Please try again."

I'm pretty much on my own because no other teammates use Macs. Does anyone have any help to offer? Let me know if I need to provide any other info.
