I run a terminal server at work one of my clients has a problem opening word
attachment when she opens them they are blank if she logs off then logs back
on they are no longer blank, when this happens i get an event in the event
viewer on the terminal server, event id 1000 & 1001 the source is microsoft
office 11 and here is the description for event 1000 it was the first error
(Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f2a40,
faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f2a40, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00801c66.),
here is the other event ID 1001 (Bucket 518076069, bucket table 1, faulting

Here is the configuration of the server it is an IBM X3650 Intel Xeon 3Ghz,
4 gig ram and 36 gig scsi drive
I have all the latest updates done for windows server 2003 on the terminal
server i have office 2003 with the latest service pack 3 installed.
If anybody can shed some light on what is causing
this it would be appreciated
